Tuesday, July 15  COMMUTER MORNING: ON BIKE DESIGN 9AM—10AM What makes the ideal utility bike for New York cyclists? Pensa & Horse Cycles have teamed up to represent Brooklyn in the Oregon Manifest Bike Design competition. The team will discuss the experience collaborating, and talk through questions of industrial design versus custom bike design. Wednesday, July 16  PHOTO SHOW: PREFERRED MODE 5PM—7PM Sam Polcer, the photographer behind bike style blog Preferred Mode and recently published book New York Bike Style, exhibits a collection of photographs featuring Brooklyn cyclists and their bikes. Thursday, July 17 GUEST DJ SET 5PM—7PM To be announced. Friday, July 18 HAPPY HOUR WITH TOKYOBIKE, IPPON MATSU AND DEEP TROUBLE NYC 6PM—9PM  tokyobike hosts a beer tasting with Brooklyn-based Japanese beer maker, Ippon Matsu. Loaner bikes available for test rides and music by Deep Trouble NYC. Saturday, July 19 BIKE MAINTENANCE 101 11AM—3PM An intro course on the basics of bike tuning under the direction of a lead mechanic from Recycle a Bicycle. Learn to fix flats, adjust brakes and derailleurs, clean, lube, and more. GUEST DJ SETS 4PM—8PM Music by A E Zimmer,  HD, and x M with special guest Thurmon Green
