POP-UP ART EVENT PARTNERS WITH LUSH and INTERNATIONAL
BARBERING SENSATION NEW YORK, NY, February 22, 2014 –
Pop Up Art Event (PUAE) has partnered with LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics and internationally renowned men’s grooming expert, The Nomad Barber and Project Art, who together will participate in the PUAE on February 22nd in New York City to highlight grooming and the art of hair in a never before seen fashion, featuring artists Jenny Sharaf and Lucien Shapiro.
PUAE has invited the non-profit Project Art, along with artists, hairstylist, barbers and designers to participate in the PUAE on February 22nd to collaborate and create their vision of 'The Art of Hair, Collaborative Worlds', inspired by the travels of the Nomad Barber produced by celebrity makeup artist Juliet Silva Yee.
A cohesive exploration of creativity in a gallery setting, celebrating the universal importance of hair in art, fashion, beauty, ritual and culture, while combining mixed media, experiential art installations and design, all while discovering a trade that dates back to
3500 B.C.
