There's always chilled bubbly, standout music and a sense of celebration in our lively studio. Everyone gets a plate - labeled with the names of all of our delicious buttercream icings. Help yourself to a dollop of NYC Rooftop Honey. Tangy lemon. Delicately salted caramel. Dark chocolate. And so forth. Then, move down the table to pick up cake. They're all moist, rich, natural and (like the icings) not too sweet. Our guests are limited only to their imaginations - and their sense of culinary adventures.
