This year’s Ball celebrates women artists and the fifth anniversary of the Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art.

6:30 p.m.
Cocktails and Awards Presentation, featuring a new video installation by Nicole Cohen.

8–10 p.m.

Guests dine at table environments created especially for the evening by Brooklyn women artists.

All dinner guests are invited to stay for an After-Party sponsored by W magazine.


The Brooklyn Museum is proud to partner with artnet auctions to present the Brooklyn Artists Ball Auction, an online auction featuring works by women artists. Visit artnet to view works and register to bid. Online bidding starts April 11, and continues the night of the event.

All Ball attendees are invited to wear festive attire.

Following the Brooklyn Artists Ball, this event, sponsored by W magazine, in partnership with ARTLOG & NADA, features music by DJ Mia Moretti and an open bar. Guests will also get a sneak peek of the new cross-collection installation Connecting Cultures: A World in Brooklyn and access to special exhibitions Keith Haring: 1978–1982 and Rachel Kneebone: Regarding Rodin until 11 p.m.
