P.S.1 kicks off their Fall 2008 roster of exhibits the best way possible: with a killer party. Reggae mixer Christopher Fachini blasts the sounds of ’60s reggae from his vintage speakers and boom-boxes using cassettes (say what?!). But the celebration isn’t only about getting your reggae on; it’s about the art. Catch a preview of exhibits such as “NeoHooDoo: Art For a Forgotten Faith” and “International and National Projects” as well as solo shows by Yael Bartana and Gino De Domincis.
